In a near future where gas prices have reached an astronomical $40 a gallon, mild-mannered kindergarten teacher Archie Andrews (Mike Brune) invents an experimental engine that runs on human blood. While experimenting with his prototype, a sex-crazed Denise (Katie Rowlett) and a vegetarian vegetable stand proprietor Lorraine (Anna Chlumsky) vie for his attention. Soon the blood-fueled vehicle attracts government agents, who promise to create more if he can provide them with sufficient supply.
