How to Get to the Hollywood Bowl

August 10, 2023

Whether you are a regular to the Hollywood Bowl or just visiting for a concert, there are many options for getting here. The venue encourages patrons to leave their cars at home and take advantage of public transportation, rideshares, taxis, bicycles and walking. They also have several green initiatives to help reduce carbon emissions. The Hollywood Bowl Shuttle buses are made up of a fleet that runs on compressed natural gas, producing 20 to 45 percent less smog-producing pollutants and 5 to 9 percent less greenhouse gases than diesel.

If you are driving, park for $3 for the first two hours at Hollywood & Highland with validation, then hop on the shuttle in Orange Court to get right to the gates for the show. You can add parking and the shuttle to your ticket purchase at checkout or you can buy them separately.

We have also heard that if you are not able to walk down the ramp at the end of the night to your vehicle, let one of the employees know and they will call for a bus for you. What a great service!

When using Uber or Lyft, it is a good idea to request pickup locations further away from the venue so you don’t get stuck in traffic after the show. Likewise, if you are coming to the concert with friends and want to meet for drinks, be sure to make plans for afterward, as many bars in the area will be closing early.
