The Hyannis Transportation Center is a multimodal transportation hub in Hyannis, Massachusetts, owned and operated by the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority. It is the terminus for most CCRTA bus lines and for the CapeFLYER passenger train that operates on weekends between South Station in Boston and Hyannis from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It also serves as a connection point, via shuttles and ferries, for those traveling to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket from the mainland. The facility is located on Iyanough Road, north of the former Plymouth and Brockton Street Railway station building.

The facility is a short walk (about a block, or 200 yards/meters, or a 15-minute walk with luggage) from downtown Hyannis Main Street and less than a mile/kilometer from Hy-Line Cruises' Ocean Street ferry docks. Shuttle buses to Barnstable County Airport are available, and taxis and rental car companies can be found at the cab stand outside the bus terminal. A parking lot is available for passengers who wish to park there. Hourly parking is available and must be paid at a kiosk next to the HTC building by the revolving doors; free short-term parking is also provided.
