Qualtrics is an experience management platform that provides a single, connected solution for managing the four critical experiences of every business: CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, ProductXM, and BrandXM. It helps businesses improve customer churn, increase brand loyalty, and boost employee engagement and productivity by providing feedback on the various aspects of their customers and employees' experiences.

One of the biggest benefits of qualtrics is the ease-of-use of their software. It is easy to navigate and understand, even for those who have little experience with survey software.

In order to edit a question, you will first need to select the response that you want to change. This will open the edit question window, which allows you to modify any information provided by a participant.

When you are done editing the question, click "Save." The changes will be saved to your survey and they will be visible when you click on the question in the "My Surveys" page. Please note that if you leave your survey for more than an hour, the browser will time out and any unsaved work will be lost. To prevent this from happening, make sure you use the "Ctrl" + S command or create a copy of your survey before editing.
