BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-- PS Logistics announced two major acquisitions in the flatbed trucking sector this week. First, its P&S Transportation subsidiary completed the purchase of Nauvoo, Alabama-based JLT Services, LLC's transportation assets. In addition, its DMT Trucking, LLC subsidiary brokered a deal for the transportation assets of Broken Bow, Oklahoma-based Daryl Thomason Trucking. The acquisitions were part of the company's ongoing strategy to partner with families and owners within the flatbed trucking industry, PS Logistics said in a news release. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Drivers who join P&S can expect excellent pay, with most earning between 46 and 48 cents per mile. The company pays drivers weekly via direct deposit.
