The CW’s mind-bending family drama In The Dark has many fans curious about where it was filmed. Fortunately, the show was filmed on location across the world.
Berlin and Brandenburg were home to the principal photography of the series. In addition, a town hall in Winden appears in many episodes.
There are also some high school scenes that were filmed at Reinfelder-Schule in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. It is located very close to the abandoned bridge that appears in the first episode.
Konigsweg Cemetery is another filming location that features in several episodes of the series. This is where Micheal and Noah meet for the first time. In addition, there are church scenes where 2019 Jonas and future Jonas come to pay their respects.
If you are a fan of the show, this is a great place to visit. It has a lot of historical architecture that will take you back to the time when the series was originally filmed.
Aside from the city center, you can also go to the forest near Saarmund and Tremsdorf. It is less than an hour from the city of Berlin.
The show is set in the fictional German town of Winden, where the protagonists are able to travel back and forth between past and present. The town is surrounded by forests and a cave that allows them to time-travel to various timelines. However, the creators of Dark have confirmed that neither the town nor the power plant are real.
