Google's original Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones are no longer available for purchase directly from the company. However, you can still find them in a number of colors and storage sizes from places like Amazon and Best Buy, and at prices that are considerably lower than their original price point.
The Pixel 2 XL came out in 2017 and got a lot of attention thanks to its impressive camera. Though it has been outperformed by the Pixel 3 XL, it remains an impressive smartphone that still gets good reviews from users.
With a Pixel 2 XL, you get stock Android and one of the best cameras in its class. You also get a slick design that's incredibly durable.
You can now get the latest Pixel phones for around PS869/$899 or less if you shop around and aren't put off by the big notch on the front. You can even find the Pixel 3 XL for PS579/$699 if you shop online at Amazon.
The Google Pixel XL is an excellent device, but its lack of expandable memory is a major issue for some users. Google's smart storage system will clear older photos and videos from your device as you take more, but you don't have the option of expanding on that space with a microSD card.
