Workman Transportation The Villages is a company that offers airport shuttle services to and from Orlando International Airport from the Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood town centers. The company also provides private shuffles and local day trips.

Its website claims that Workman Transportation is the only direct transport service to and from The Villages® community. The company provides airport shuttles 15 times a day, with two conveniently located pick-up/drop-off locations; Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Hotel & Spa. It offers home service to/from the shuttle for an additional $15 – flat rate (up to 3 people, within The Villages® Community only).

The company also operates a deluxe bus that can accommodate up to 56 passengers and a limousine-style coach that can seat up to 36. It also offers a number of private charters, wedding packages, and special events such as bachelorette parties.

Workman Transportation does not provide a refund for unused tickets, and cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure will result in a no-show fee. Additionally, the company will not be responsible for delays due to inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction or abnormally heavy traffic conditions.

I used Groome, Workman, and Village Airport Van on several occasions and found them all to be reliable and reasonably priced. The one difference between Workman and the other two is that Workman does not make any abrupt changes to your original departing time that you book when you book a shuttle.
